This is good; it works correctly whether CSS is enabled or disabled, doesn't use JavaScripts, and is using HTML properly.

(Some of the things that won't work are due to problems with HTML and CSS in general. Lynx supports the foot note command in HTML, but that might not be in anything else, maybe.)
