There was also a consultation for the EU's digital wallet here and it gathered a lot of conspiracy stuff, which, indeed, was false information. Here, I use the term "disinformation" as a catch-all, although probably everyone agrees by now that the term is vague and somewhat misguided.

As for WEF, they've published some articles on digital ID, which from a quick look are mostly sensible but quite light-weight policy analysis.

That is not how this works. I'm assuming you have these exact sources since you have brought up the original claim. So the burden of proof is on you to give those exact links that specifically shows that it is indeed 'disinformation' since that is what you have continued to claim. So I'll ask again:
