A lot of disinformation about this initiative flowing around. I hope they succeed; it would greatly improve both citizens' and businesses' life when moving from a member state to another. That said, there are some legitimate concerns (e.g., regarding prepaid SIM cards and the initiative's connection to EHDS, which contains some serious privacy issues).

At least here there is a lot of conspiracy theorists spouting misleading information about "digital ID". I don't know from where it is coming exactly but seems to be related to this "WEF movement".

Do you have exact examples or links of these 'conspiracy theorists' spouting misleading information about "digital ID" that is in relation to the WEF movement that is proven to be 'disinformation'?

Go search Twitter. There is probably some variation in terms of local languages.

There was also a consultation for the EU's digital wallet here and it gathered a lot of conspiracy stuff, which, indeed, was false information. Here, I use the term "disinformation" as a catch-all, although probably everyone agrees by now that the term is vague and somewhat misguided.

As for WEF, they've published some articles on digital ID, which from a quick look are mostly sensible but quite light-weight policy analysis.

That is not how this works. I'm assuming you have these exact sources since you have brought up the original claim. So the burden of proof is on you to give those exact links that specifically shows that it is indeed 'disinformation' since that is what you have continued to claim. So I'll ask again:

Can you give links to these exact examples and sources in regards to these "'conspiracy theorists' spouting misleading information about "digital ID" and is indeed 'disinformation' and what exactly are the 'claims' that they are making that is in relation to the WEF movement?
