Got to this after perusing Mitchell Hashimoto's writings (https://mitchellh.com/writing) following the recent libghostty-vt discussion (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=45347117).
Interestingly enough while looking for HN commentary there was none,so I thought others may also find it interesting :)
