Govts should incentivize buying EVs. EVs add flexible demand to the grid and a ton of storage capacity. Large scale solar deployments growth will slow down because everyone is producing at the same time.

New solar should all be vertical. This will add 4 hours of production. Vertical solar can be deployed on any building, in the cities. There is no need of land or transmission infrastructure. Cities can be self sufficient.

I don't think people with EVs will make their car charge available for the network, I certainly wouldn't, will need it for myself, plus my car is rarely plugged in
