I built this because I wanted to change tabs with Command+Shift+ Up and Down. I looked for Chrome extensions, and nothing worked. I tried a couple, but I wasn’t able to actually modify the keyboard shortcut the way I wanted.
So I went and just built this and it worked on the first shot.
