I believe that most AI will sediment, since it runs on common hardware, and already is a giveaway to sell phones, like toasters were to open bank accounts.

That leaves big biz and Big Brother to use and abuse.

Oh, and hackers, tearing down everything they can, boosting the ransomware industry.
