I am a consultant work with lots of companies and the vast majority of executives and management are women or people of color.If we are going by DEI rules, it's racist and sexist, based on population percentages.I also have to laugh at the fact that uber Liberal institutions can't help being snobby and elitist while claiming the rest of us are this way.
