German blogger Fefe used to say "Software problem, nothing we can do about that"
someone in another thread was using the Israel logic of "well, this mistake was caused by a 'target' being around the school". One of those "sorry not sorry" mistakes. The US is headed towards a weird Israel/Russian split brain logic on their bloody hands.
Like the Vincennes incident with Iran Air Flight 655, it always seems to be Iranian civilians that bear the cost of bugfixes to US military policy.
