Confectionery: A lightweight build configuration system

Confectionery is an extremely lightweight build configuration system for extensively configurable C applications. It uses environment variables converted from simple "foo is on/off" statements in a configuration file. I built it because I wanted something more space-efficient and portable than Meson and CMake.
