Should I use Cloudflare for my SaaS, its so annoying

I want to use it to secure my saas but I'm finding it to block everything and I'm afraid I lose users just because they can't access my platform because of cloudflare. I know its a settings issue which I am playing around with, but what if I miss something and its gonna have a terrible affect on my users experience.
