They are in China’s possession per Bloomberg.

Archive.today doesn’t have a successful grab as of this comment, so key takeaways below.

- The Chinese government has taken possession of sensitive F-35 stealth aircraft parts that were diverted to Hong Kong while being sent to the US from Australia.

- The parts, a cockpit canopy and weapons-bay door, were coated with radar-absorbing material and were being shipped by UPS for inspection and possible repair or disposal.

- The Pentagon is working to retrieve the parts, and the incident is being reviewed by congressional committees, with concerns raised about China's potential access to sensitive US military technology.

First the U.S. Military uses passenger United Airlines flights to ship weapons to the IDF, now they’re using UPS to transport F-35 parts?

Don’t they have their own transportation logistics? Why rely on everyday consumer services?

The parts, which an intermediary was transporting on behalf of F-35 manufacturer Lockheed Martin, instead wound up in Hong Kong.

Having said that, LM would have a jet they could put the parts on next to the caviar and golf clubs.
