I gave xAI my money to try out Grok subscription. But I only use Pi harness. Grok was really not doing well in Pi and I was mad. So I wasted 3 lazy days figuring out how exactly to fully map Grok Build's serve mode on websocket bidirectionally to pi in ACP protocol - and then how to force Grok Build to route all tool call requests back through Pi (loopback MCP gateway guard). I forked Grok Build at first because i thought there was no other way, but actually there is some pretty clever ways to complete the circuit. Anyway, I present: Grok Build as a model provider in Pi with full native Grok toolset and environment - all Grok tool execution subject to Pi's approval (I think). It definitely outperforms Grok inference, image/video works too. Also hello.
