I’ve been working on AppMaker, a small experiment in visual app development.

It has a visual UI builder, JavaScript on both the client and server, a built-in database, and lets you download the generated Node.js app.

It’s still early, and I’m especially curious about one thing: In the age of AI coding tools, is there still a place for this kind of structured visual development environment??!!?!

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback, including criticism.
