I guess they are just stuck with this name, as originally this was a research project “Chat with GPT” to try to use a GPT model to predict assistant's chat messages.

i feel like when they style them all cute like that (see muse) it means they're problematic and invasive.
What a terrible marketing page. I read it a few times and still have zero idea what this thing is.
I'm sure this makes stuff easy for normies but a lot of us have been using codex remote like this for months now.
