Some comments appear to have been lost. For example, there was a comment by runeks that started "There is no solution because you would end up punishing innocent people" and finished with a link to the Wikipedia about a 1749 case: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crawfurd_v_The_Royal_Bank

It's there - you might need to page through all the comments - if you scroll to the bottom and see "X more comments...", it means there are more posts on additional pages.

This is performance workaround that I really hate and which we should be able to retire once some performance improvements for Arc that I've been working on are actually deployed. The good news is that I've been working on this a lot lately, so there's hope.
