the "west" was/is not ready for competition on an even playing field useing the same types of "methods" , which are of course essentialy criminal and therefor cant realy be acknowledged or talked about. The Chinese version of this is imune to any western back room medling by virtue of existing in seperate, hermetic, but parallel system of exploitation and manipulation, giving those SEEKING to be exploited and manipulated ,options. Hence China consistently pointing to a new "multi polar world", which the west still thinks isn't something to take seriously and has the strategic plan to keep useing the same tactics.
